The Wild Art of Feeling ALIVE. Beyond overachieving!

You know how to make things happen.

Everyone knows that about you too.

You take responsibility. You solve problems. You keep going when things get difficult. You show up for everyone around you—at work, at home, in your relationships, in your family, in your community.

Overcoming obstacles has become one of your greatest superpowers.

And perhaps, for a long time, it was also how you survived.

You became the one people could rely on.

  • The strong one

  • The problem-solver

  • The caretaker

  • The advisor

  • The protector

  • The mother

  • Sometimes even the therapist, banker, savior, or parent to everyone around you.

You became exceptionally good at being needed.

But somewhere along the way, something else may have become quieter i your body or diminished from your pleasure. Maybe it is that spontaneity that seems to have been gone without return. Or your deep desire, your feeling of intact boundaries, your ability to rest without guilt or your capacity to simply feel, without having to achieve, fix, perform, or take care of someone else.

And saying “no” may have become harder than saying “yes.”

Not because you don't know what you need.

But because you have spent so much time responding to what everyone else needs.

When being strong becomes exhausting

Perhaps you have built a successful career, a business, a family, relationships, or a life that looks picture-perfect from the outside.

And yet, in the quiet moments—after the meetings, the messages, the endless lists, the professional responsibilities and the invisible work of everyday life—you may notice a feeling that is harder to name.

Something is missing.

Perhaps you feel disconnected from your body or exhausted from constantly holding everything together.

Perhaps you have learned to make yourself smaller, quieter, more agreeable, more vigilant—or simply more capable of enduring.

And perhaps some part of you is ready for something different.

Not another thing to accomplish.

But a way to come back to yourself.

What if feeling alive became YOUR newest superpower?

Longing to go again from overfunctioning to feeling ! ?

You are at the right place!

Welcome to BAILALOBAS - WOMEN DANCING WITH THE WILD

BailaLobas is an embodied space created for women who are ready to reconnect with themselves—not by becoming someone new, but by rediscovering parts of themselves that may have been silenced, neglected, overworked, or pushed aside.

Through movement, psychology, feminine yoga, dance/movement therapy and embodied exploration, we create a bridge between the woman you have learned to be and the woman you know you can become.

Imagine what could happen if, for a while, you allowed yourself not to perform, achieve, fix or hold everything together.

Imagine entering a space where you could slow down enough to notice what is happening inside you.

If you have yet to be called an incorrigible, defiant woman, don’t worry, there is still time.
