Release what no longer serves you.

Inspired by the psychoanalytic tale “La Llorona – Agua Clara” (C. Pinkola Estés), we shift from the collective story of abuse to the deep waters of your personal experience.

You’ll return to your body—the source of your life force and truth.

  • Explore grounding, linear movements through Greek folk dances like Syrtaki and Hasapiko.

  • Begin in the iconic Zorba eagle posture, seated then standing.
